Born and raised in St. George with family roots in virgin that date back to the 1800s. -as a child, I knew the sage was edible and was wondering WHY nobody was using it, and this restaurant NAILED IT. The sage vinaigrette is made in house and is truly a treasure from the desert.

We were surprised with how good this place was. Not wanting to overeat, we split a meal with the pork chop as our entree. The smoked flavor of the pork was excellent, not overpowering. The peach chutney was a little sparse, but added a nice sweet note to the smoky chop. I’m not a fan of Brussel sprouts, but my wife said the maple-flavored sprouts were the best she’s ever had— and she’s a serious foodie!
