“Was in town visiting the national parks and was looking for a place to have a drink or two with my meal. Wow, Pig's Ear American Bistro really hit a home run with me. Super friendly and helpful bartender Adrianna quickly explained the local alcohol laws to me and helped me select the right beer as an accompaniment to my meal.Ordered the bacon jam burger and it was one of the top 3 burgers I have ever had. Really fresh beef, properly cooked, with crisp maple bacon. and a great onion jam. Fries were hot. crisp and well-seasoned.Staff worked as a team and interacted well; all were very friendly.This is the type of place one would expect in a larger metro area. Every table in the place was seated and everyone seemed happy.Absolutely recommend a visit.“
