The menu features dishes such as lobster tortellini, bass, squash blossoms with tomato tea, goat cheese ricotta agnolotti with pea tendrils, and Wagyu tenderloin, all expertly prepared and presented. The wine list is extensive, complemented by a fabulous sommelier. The spectacular view enhances the beautiful ambiance, while the staff make all guests feel special. Yuta offers a memorable experience with great service, a chic atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor patio for lunch. It is highly recommended for anyone visiting Park City. The food is fresh and delicious, particularly the fresh juices. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the decor modern but rustic. The wait staff was great, super attentive and explained the menu in detail. The food was absolutely delicious, from the shares, to the salads to the entrees. The bread and butters are amazing.
