We LOVE Yuta at Blue Sky. The ambiance is delightful. It's a beautiful and intimate setting where you feel like you've stepped away from it all. The menu is incredibly unique, meticulously crafted, and we love the fact many of their ingredients come from a local farm. It was a great getaway from the busy Park City. We loved every dish, the ambience was great, and the service was amazing. They were attentive and very hospitable, the best service I've gotten in a while! Highly recommend.
The setting is lovely, the entire service team was great (especially our server Dedy and bartender), but the food was the real star of the show. Se were there for brunch and really enjoyed the pastries, avocado toast, and burgers, plus a couple of the specialty cocktails. It's definitely calm and off the beaten path — directions are tricky, so pay attention and don't trust Google Maps!
