I go to McDonald's specifically because they had decaf coffee. Suddenly I can't order decaf anymore. Took 3 visits over the last few days where they said they were 'sold out' before I was told you're actually just not offering it anymore. Very disappointed.
I went to the McDonald's on the blvd, there were workers there, lady said we are closed for cleaning between 3am and 430am. so I drove to bluff, no one there. The sunset location, said the guy went home sick so they didnt know when they would open. washington city wadnt.open and the new store said we dont open till 6am. mind u they advertise "ALWAYS OPEN" so I went back to the one on the blvd and she said we are closed, I told her u said u would be open at 430. Waited in the drive through line forever because my son had been given a giftcard he wanted to use. we paid, got our drinks from the next window and were asked to pull around to the front so they could bring our food. I won't even get into the nightmare that turned into because there was a delivery truck parked in the front and nobody knew where to go.
