Culver's Reviews
This is my first hand experience working here for 2 months
Culvers is one of the worse to work at ever, place is noncompliant with Culver’s franchise contract, major lack in ownership (Owner shows up for Mike (corporate) but can’t even show up to maintain the place, Mr. Holmes isn’t making any money so he’s pissed that he can’t open up another Culver’s so he’s moved to Jets, yet it’s just another chance for him to not take accountability and the place to...read full review
The employee who took our order was super rude. Snapped at us because we added something to our order at the last minute. We were there 10/35/23 at 8:20 and the young man's name was Daniel.
Food is ok for a fast food restaurant but beware of using the “My Culver’s” ordering process at this location. Employees have no idea how to accept or verify orders. You must present the verified order from Culver’s, show time ordered, pickup time and online paid credit card receipt then wait for order to be prepared, Why even have a “My Culver’s” account. Works fine at other Culver’s but not at Washington Utah!

Culver's is a midwest chain with a typical fast food ambiance, but it is clean and offers friendly customer service. They have a variety of options, including veggie burgers and sandwiches, with meals under $10. The food quality can be inconsistent, with some orders not meeting expectations, but it remains a convenient and affordable place for a quick bite. Popular items include the Double Deluxe Burger and Patty Melt. Customers have praised the fish dinner, noting that the cod was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of breading, and the fries were crispy and not greasy. The Cole slaw is considered the best in the area. Some reviews mention that the build your own burger with mushrooms had only a few mushrooms and onions, and the large fries are smaller than at other similar restaurants. Service is friendly, and the dining area is clean. The inside can be busy and a little confusing with lines and waiting, but staff often bring food to tables. The ice cream is especially praised, and the root beer is described as amazing. One customer found the grilled chicken sandwich rubbery and not very appetizing, recommending sticking to beef and fish options. Overall, Culver’s is a kid-friendly spot that provides a quick, affordable option for families and individuals alike.
