“A misunderstood my order and when I discovered there was something wrong they not only immediately remade the order correctly, discounted the cost. And all with a big smile in Good Nature apology. What a great attitude I went back specifically because they deserve my business.“

“Last 2 times I ordered they've messed up my orders. First time I ordered 2 foot long coney dogs and a large chili cheese tot they gave me 3 foot long coney dogs. Second time today 12/19/22 I ordered a large strawberry oreo shake. They gave me a medium strawberry oreo shake and said that's what I ordered. I gave it back and made them fix the order. Also no one gave me a receipt or even asked me if I wanted one. Also they wouldn't let me keep the messed order even though they were just going to throw it away if it was any other place they'd let you keep what was messed up. I don't know what's happened but they've gone down hill lately. 05/29/24 Must have been a good day they got my order right and the service was pretty quick.“
