“I've lived in cedar for 4 years. I eat here at least 2-3x a week. They make THE BEST keto burgers (lettuce wraps) I've ever had. Perfect every time!! I get the triple guac with bacon, Santa fe on the side. The staff here is always friendly. My grandkids love the chicken tenders and cookies n crm shakes. I also save a lot of money with the Carl's app.“

“This seems like a local hot spot. They were busy on a Wednesday evening but there were tables and booths available. They took our order and we sat down. They didn't ask our name or give us a number so I wondered about the process for getting our food. However, the girl who took our order at the counter came to our table with our food when it was ready. The burger I ordered was good, the prices were decent and the service was good. I would definitely come again.“

“Never had a sandwich I didn't like. The only thing I don't like is the soda machine because it's the one in all dispenser and you can always taste the diet drinks even when your not drinking diet soda. Unfortunately a lot of places are going to these types of machines and they are terrible!“

“We placed a big pizza order for our high school music tour to SUU. The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially making accommodations for gluten free and dairy free diets. They also offered plates, napkins, sauces & toppings all boxed up and ready to go! When we arrived to pick the pizzas up, they expressed concern that we wouldn't be able to carefully transport all the pizzas. They offered to have a delivery driver follow us over to SUU so we could avoid taking multiple trips. This went above and beyond! Thank you!“

“Food is really good. Big portion sizes. Mix breakfast burrito is awesome, love to get it with fries instead of potatoes and add sour cream. Carne asada fries are a household favorite as well and a personal favorite is the Texano burrito with what I believe is chicken adobo, sour cream, cheese, and potatoes.

Many times a burrito can be shared by two people and carne asada fries are definitely a share amount.“

“Rena they just had renovations. But even before then they always had the best service on Burger Alley. I started to go to them when McDonald's started having some terrible service. Especially terrible attitude towards their customers and how they customize their orders. Their prices are amazing. Their service is also amazing. I started to feel like and recognized as a consistent customer for them. When they started memorizing my orders. And remembering who was visiting them on a consistent basis. Now their drive-thru is part of my weekly stop for breakfast. I will always recommend anyone to come here if they want good fast food service. As well as if somebody is looking for employment here.“

I don't know if I would go here without a deal. The prices are more akin to what you'd see at a sit-down rather than fast food, but they have pretty good deals you can find that makes it worth it.

The service was great. The sodas had that classic A&W taste with just the right amount of foam. I might have to take them up on their Tuesday meal deal that they have posted. Who doesn't love fried chicken?“

I wouldn't bother customizing your sandwich if you order online because you'll pay for all the extras and get none of them. I love the taste of Jimmy John's but I'd rather go somewhere else at this point.“

“I did an online order a couple nights ago and it wasn't right. I went in today and I talked to Brandy and she was super sweet and understanding and very considerate about my feelings and the way I was treated and remade me my sandwich. She is amazing and I will be going back because of her!!“

“They nailed the taco bell experience. My only complaint is that I'm single and alone with no one who loves me. But I suspect that this isn't the fault of taco bell. But rather being blessed with poor genetics and my own life decisions“

“The only complaint I have is that management should have two employees there on a Saturday during peak hours. The line was pretty long and you could see customers getting frustrated. However, the one employee that was there handled it all amazingly well. He was professional, gave excellent customer service and was quick to get the rush handled. Food was good, place was clean and overall a good experience.“

“I stood and waited to be helped and nobody acknowledged me till they were ready to make my food. Never look at a customer without telling them you’ll be right with them. Bacon is so thin you could hardly taste it , other than that it was good. Store was clean .“

“We like this Chick-fil-A because it’s the only one in Cedar City and the only one in Southern Utah that we’ve been to that have the good muffins. The manager that takes our orders has made sure that our orders come out right, which is rare, and remembers my name after only a few times. The workers are always wiling to please and communicate with each other well“

“Very busy every time we have been to this location! We had a situation where we had to wait a long time for our food but they made it right. The manager and another employee handled the situation with class. Hopefully they can work out the kinks in regards to this issue in the future. However, the food at this location is always very good - better than at other Costa Vida locations and the customer service has always been real solid! Make a few tweaks and this will turn into a a 5 star review. Keep up the good work with food quality and customer service 😀“

“The food is always so good and fresh. They have been updating their menu to add limited time options which is exciting. Its pretty busy but the line moves very fast. Employees are nice. It can get crowded fast but normally its clean and tables are wiped down fast. The large sodas are the biggest I've seen at a fast food restaurant. Probably 36-42oz.“

The food was fresh, and my burger looked like it had actually been made with care rather than thrown together in a rush. The dining area was clean, and the staff were friendly when I asked for an extra sauce. It was a simple visit, but everything went smoothly from ordering to finishing my meal.
