McDonald's in Washington

“Had a problem with my order, where they forgot one of my breakfast sandwiches. So I just went in to remedy the situation, and they had one already prepared for me and also gave me the free Sausage one that they messed up on. I’m not a huge fan of McDonalds. But this kind of stuff helps me want to choose them more than others now!👍🏻“

“Visited on Father's Day Sunday after finding the nearby Black Bear packed. The restaurant was very busy, and there was a long drive-thru line, but the staff were working hard to keep up with the rush. We had a minor issue with a kiosk payment, but were able to use another kiosk without any problems.

While we were waiting, there were many customers complaining about wait times and repeatedly calling managers away from their work. From what we observed, the employees seemed short-staffed and were doing their best under difficult circumstances. Constant interruptions only made it harder for them to get orders out.

Our wait was about 20 minutes, and our food came out hot, fresh, and completely correct. Considering it was Father's Day and the restaurant was extremely busy, we appreciated the effort the team put in and thought they handled a challenging situation well. Thanks to the staff for keeping things moving during such a hectic rush.“
