Not sure how this cafe gets such good reviews. I got the Chicken Fried Steak and it was one of the worst I’ve had. The gravy was more grey than white but the steak was real meat which was nice. As for the cubed potatoes, they appeared to be not homemade & they kind of tasted like dirt. I love the skin left on potatoes but for heck’s sake, you’ve got to scrub off the soil real good if you’re going to serve them that way. The eggs were great & cooked exactly how...

I had an amazing experience at Penny Ann’s Café in Bountiful! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome—friendly, attentive, and quick with service. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the “Heavenly Hotcakes” which really live up to their name—light, fluffy, and full of flavor.
