Parking: Parking overflows to Hardware store in same area. Wait can be long on weekends for large parties. Well worth the wait. If you can't wait, pick up window is available.
We like this restaurant chain typically. This one was fine and as expected except for a few things. The service went above and beyond. There was good participation by the staff in dancing to country songs. Trying to walk around the restaurant is very difficult though. Every time one of us stood up, we were nearly crashed into by another person in the restaurant. Are the aisles actually more narrow than usual? Rolls, appetizers, and drink refills took longer than usual.
Every time I get a steak and ask for medium or medium rare, it's always raw. And I'm not even kidding. It always has to be sent back to be cooked for longer. Then they end up overcooking it. The first few times I asked for medium rare I thought I just needed to ask for a level up so I started asking for medium but nope! It's still always raw. They don't seem to know how long a steak should be cooked for each level. Last time, my wife ordered it well done but...
