Couldn't rate the food because after being seated, we waited well over 20 minutes and had no one see us or even bring a glass of water. We did ask to speak to the manager, but he was too busy to speak with us. So we walked out and let the next two families know of our experience. We went to Chili's after this and had a nice dinner where the servers were prompt and friendly. They even said goodbye as we were leaving, unlike Applebee's.

Ordered a full rack of ribs and took a bite and thought it came straight out of the fridge. It was so busy and couldn’t get our server so I just ate half the rack and threw the rest away. Sad day. Ordering a rack from Chili’s tonight.

We waited for 30 minutes and were seated only to wait an hour for our food which was wrong and then the general manager Jessica kept sending our server out to try and bargain away the horrible service and then finally came out to tell us sorry she had other customers to take care of two tables next to us which were seated well after us were eating before us and one table not only ate but finished before we even got our food. The food was ok but not worth the attitudes and wait that we had to deal with. Our server Sharon was amazing an absolute sweetheart and we feel bad that she was sent out to barter with us really sad that they would put someone like Jessica in the general manager position when any managers I know of handle the problems themselves they don’t send in someone to be a torpedo really sad then when we were leaving Jessica came outside to tell us have a nice night in such a condisending way that it was sad Wouldn’t recommend this place until they get there stuff figured out

Preston is an amazing host. Grant is the best server ever! Seriously great service. God bless those two and their families.
I asked Grant about soup options and he gave me 2 or 3 great choices but recommended the French Onion soup. It was HEAVENLY. He accommodated great with me after my mouth surgery and helped my dining experience be as comfortable and friendly as possible. We laughed, we had fun, and I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Preston was incredibly awesome. We asked him for a booth, and he gave us a quiet one in the corner away from all the loud commotion. Perfect. He was so nice and helpful, it inspired me to write this review.
We loved the experience so much, we'll be back tomorrow to take advantage of their awesome lunch deal. I never thought Applebee's would make my night, but it was a wholesome experience, and you guys made me feel right at home.
