I am exponentially infuriated at the ineptitude of the crew members present on 12/17/25, I was ignored by 4 of them in a 15 minute span at which point I was forced to approach the counter and demand a refund for the food that they failed to prepare.

We have a granddaughter who is extremely allergic to dairy products, but she loves to go to Arctic Circle when they visit because it is Grandpa's favorite place. He always gets a banana shake. The young man who took our order was very helpful letting us know what would be safe for her to eat,even double checking with to clarify about the fry sauce (it is safe😊). AliceMae had a wonderful time in the play area and enjoyed her Lime Ricky drink. Grandpa loved his raspberry banana shake. And I loved my kiddie twist cone🍦

I noticed the West Jordan location always has flies 🪰🪰🪰🪳🪳🪳inside the restaurant. But they got great deals here and make the best onion rings 👍🏼👍🏼 And I keep coming back regardless of the flies 😄
