Every single time I go in to grab a cake last minute, you always have the WORST combinations!! What happened to just a good old chocolate chip ice cream with a chocolate cake. I went in today and 6 of the cakes didn't even have cake. I was excited that a Baskin Robbins was coming near my home...not the feeling anymore!

We’ve been going here for years. Lately the service has changed. When you’re about to be next in line the employees ending helping people that came in after us. Tonight is not the first time. We try to wait patiently but just tired of the incompetence here. Once is ok but three times is just too much. Poor

placed an online order + called a few mins afterwards to confirm it had been received as I did not receive a confirmation email for my order + the girl I spoke with (I believe she was the manager) told me to place another order for the same thing as it had not come through on her end + if it was duplicated she would refund me.what kind of logic is that? the $$ had already been taken off my card. thankfully I didn’t take that foolish advice but called a second time to check if they had gotten my order yet + it wasn’t until I specified what my order was that she said she had my order ready for pick up.cake was not satisfying. wouldn’t order again.

Great place to end my date. Was very happy and impressed with the service by employee, Maverick! Super kind and helpful with recommendations. Was so impressed by him I actually thought if I had a company, I'd totally try to poach him to work for me. Hope BR truly values him. Hard to find great workers from younger kids these days.

Amazing ice cream, staff is very nice. It’s always very clean inside. They were out of the pre made polar pizzas so I asked if they had more, she very excitedly told me “of course I can whip one up for you in a jiffy” I thought that was very sweet of her even though they were pretty busy. I will keep coming back ?
I've ordered the three scoops Sunday through DoorDash in the past. Usually it's a full container. Tonight it was barely any ice cream. They were the smallest scoops I have ever seen. It didn't even fill half the container as you can see from the photo. Not DoorDash's fault at all. They pick up what is made by the store And the store totally ripped me off. I posted a picture of what I received and as you can see it's barely a child size.

Have been here 3 times. Every time the ice cream is decent. The customer service is not very good at all. Consistently the lobby is dirty, the employees don’t seem to really care for their jobs. Nothing to crazy but it is extremely frustrating to be ignored by employees even when I’ve come and been the only person inside the store

This is my 3rd time coming with my family and every time we come they always treat us bad this time we went with a order of over $100 dollars we where waiting for 10 minutes and the staff members saw us just waiting then a American family came and they helped them right away we all got mad and took our business to yogurt land

Friendly staff and acceptable wait times, they won't hesitate to serve you some good ice cream! Hands down one of the best ice cream locations in West Jordan.Update: Even as of now it holds true, friendly staff won't hesitate to serve you the moment you get in. Would definitely recommend!

Worst employees ever so rude and disrespectful. For the first time ever I felt discrimination I got there when there was no customers waited for over 5min with not one employee saying hi or taking my order. The second this guy comes in they immediately say hi and is told we will be with you in a second and took his order. Completely ignoring me and sad thing is this is the second time they do this. I let it go the first time and waited and still made a purchase. This time I left completely disrespectful staff would not recommend
