Amazing ice cream, staff is very nice. It’s always very clean inside. They were out of the pre made polar pizzas so I asked if they had more, she very excitedly told me “of course I can whip one up for you in a jiffy” I thought that was very sweet of her even though they were pretty busy. I will keep coming back ?
Have been here 3 times. Every time the ice cream is decent. The customer service is not very good at all. Consistently the lobby is dirty, the employees don’t seem to really care for their jobs. Nothing to crazy but it is extremely frustrating to be ignored by employees even when I’ve come and been the only person inside the store

Was so impressed by him I actually thought if I had a company, I'd totally try to poach him to work for me. Hope BR truly values him. Hard to find great workers from younger kids these days.
