The night crew are killing it. Shout out to Alex and Tamara for the amazing customer service and the wonderful fresh and hot carne asada and nice and crispy carnitas. I've been to other beto's locations. None of them can compare to this one. I've also not written a review in a very long time but the food in the service were so good I had to!!!!!

Oh how disappointing, came here for one thing, a staple meal at Betos, and the lady at the drive through didn’t listen, gave us a different item that was more expensive and very much NOT what we ordered, we were told that we would have to pay again to receive the item we wanted even though we had even CLARIFIED to make sure the order was right in the first place. Not sure how that works out for a rational minded person but I guess some people hate to be wrong? Anyway. Booo.

Got food poisoning from this place. I work nights and when I get off I want something quick and fast but here it’s the complete opposite tried multiple times to give this place a chance but EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY ALWAYS GET IT WRONG! Food was cold, undercooked, overcooked, or just straight burnt. I normally don’t hate places but THIS IS THE WORST BETOS I HAVE EVER HAD. If I could I would give it less than one star because no matter how many times you repeat your order they still screw it up. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THEIR ENTIRE NIGHTSHIFT TEAM or something because they will eventually catch a case and be shut down. ANYONE WHO READS THIS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK AT THE RANCHERITOS TWO OR THREE BLOCKS AWAY.
