Took my date to BFF Turon for his official introduction to Filipino cuisine and honestly… I fear we may have peaked too early πŸ˜πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

We ordered TWO Combo 3 plates because apparently I believe in immersive cultural experiences:
✨ ginataang langka
✨ dinuguan
✨ chicken adobo
✨ bicol express
✨ pinakbet
✨ beef caldereta
PLUS rice and pancit because self-control was simply not invited to dinner.

Everything was so good that we somehow still found room for the ube tres leches, which may have spiritually changed me a little.

AND THEN… post-dinner karaoke happened. The owner was so unbelievably sweet and let us stay for like another hour just singing our hearts out 😭🎀 I also met fellow karaoke warriors who understood the emotional importance of dramatically performing songs after eating too much adobo.

10/10 experience. Came for dinner, left with a full stomach, new karaoke friends, and probably a stronger relationship with my Filipino identity πŸ˜‚

Highly recommend this place. The food was so flavorful, and you get a lot for the price. The woman at the counter was very helpful when our group said we hadn’t been there before, and gave us a quick overview of what everything was. I got the pork sisig and barbecue chicken kabob with pancit(noodles) and the lumpia(egg rolls). I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite, everything was amazing! I will definitely be back very soon.

Wow! This place is amazing. Everything I tried was delicious, tender, and filling. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the place was clean with very cool decor. I can't wait to go back and try even more dishes.

Cece was very kind, this is the place you go for homemade food style cooking. Very lack luster and can be deceiving, please get some food you will not regret it. I believe the owner makes things fresh everyday. Amazing I'll be back many more times.

This place was fabulous and the owners were so nice! We have never been before and they were very patient with us and explained the dishes. They even gave us a sample so we knew what to expect. The prices were very reasonable. I will probably get two more meals out of my leftovers. We will definitely be back!

I usually cook Filipino food but this time I was in the area so I thought I’d try them. I was disappointed with the taste of their food. The pancit tasted fishy and the fried fish was tough. I also think it was expensive for a meal and 2 turon for $23.00.

Our first time here. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, nice seating area, and clean bathrooms . We were headed to try Honolulu grill next door but we noticed BFF next door. We love pinoy food. So we thought to try it out. The food was good. We loved everything we got. Just the chicken adobo was a bit salty but it was still good and eatable. The owner was kind. She came out to chat with us. Definitely a friendly environment. We will definitely come back again.

Nice foods. My Filipino friend recommends this place for me to try so I decide to go. They have food-court style options where you can choose the dishes from. Unfortunately, there are no signs and you have to ask the server everything (as he wasn’t trying to describe what are the foods to me). Anyway, I got a few things to try and they are delicious. The bbq pork and sausage were a bit sweet but all the dishes I tried are good. It’s not cheap but will definitely fill you up. I will definitely come back.
