“I wanted to say something to show my appreciation for my recent experience. I ordered a small pizza with complicated toppings and they understandably forgot one of the ingredients. When I showed them the mistake, the nice gentleman invited me to stick the old one in the warmer and wait while he made me a new one. They were clearly busy with the dinner rush but still prioritized my order. To my delight, the corrected pizza was upgraded to a medium. I came away with a lot of free, delicious pizza and the feeling that I was a valued customer.“
