I can’t believe that I am leaving a bad review on my favorite Domino’s! Carson the manager if for any reason you were to find your self reading this, which I hope you do! you know who I am you guys call me, Chris Chris I ordered pizza sometimes 2 to 3 times a week I have a great relationship with you guys. I even tipped the entire staff $10 every time I come in, the last two times my pizzas were messed up. They were not made with any kind of pride the cheese was falling off so much from having so much sauce on them and then when I ordered again a couple days later I explained the situation and the lady said she would make sure it doesn’t happen again, she gave me pizza I went home only to find my pizza with no sauce which taste disgusting! so tonight I ordered again but first I asked for the manager and I explained I told the manager that even though my pizzas were messed up the last two times because I was treated so good so many times I didn’t complain. I didn’t return the Pizza, I just asked tjst this time they do it like they normally do it. She said she would make sure that she would get it done. when I got there they brought me the pizzas I opened to look at them and the pieces literally had no sauce on them. You could tell the pizza was white, not a drop of sauce on them. one of the girl cooks came up to the counter and said as you can see were really busy so it’s really hard for us to make pizzas specifically to peoples liking,I said yeah but I ordered here a lot and I said out of 20 times this is the third time you guys done this she said Yeah we’re just really busy and scooted the boxes towards me. I looked at the young man at the counter and I said does that mean she’s not gonna re cook them? He said I don’t think so. I said well I’m not paying for those he said well I can’t authorize that. I looked at him with a confused look on my face and I said you know what don’t worry about it and I walked out. I know for a fact that I order more pizza than anyone there and I’m sure nobody else walks in there and tips the staff $10. When they order pizza I am appalled how I was treated. haven’t had nothing but a great experience with Carson but lately Carson is not around and this other manager she said that she was going to make it right she wasn’t around when I was in there, nobody cared. I’m so disappointed with this location. I will never go back unless Carson calls me and makes things right if you like your pizza a specific way don’t order from here because if they make it wrong they will try to make you pay for it unless Carson is there who is amazing but lately he’s not and it seems like things are a mess without him there, good luck Domino’s. I’ll miss you going back to Papa Murphy’s.
Edit after carefully looking at other reviews, it would appear that a manager or management does not look at these reviews because they typically would respond to bad reviews which after looking at them, Domino’s does not respond to any bad reviews so I will not expect Carson to be reaching out to me, but I will be calling Carson and having to”a talk with him and I’m still never going back there ever again unless they fire the girl who treated me the way she did like I was going to accept a pizza that was gonna taste disgusting and not offer to re cook them.

We’ve been ordering dominoes for over 20 years AT OUR HOME and tonight when I called to order a pizza I was told they don’t deliver to us..??
The lady who helped me was super friendly even though I don't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish. He understood what I wanted and that made me feel very good.
