My server was Mackenzie today. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! What a pleasing experience. The ice was mediocre but her smile and friendliness made me bump up my overall rating of this place.
Went to Rita's on a whim and it was absolutely delicious. We got the Frozen Hot Cocoa & Peppermint special and it great. The staff we spoke to was great as well, good communication and a friendly environment. I'll definitely be going back as they rotate flavors as well.

The product offered was phenomenal. Very delicious. I had the tray with 4 itialian I've flavors and custard on top. The place is crammed, 15 people max sign when there was clearly more people in there to get served. Service was slow, and the outline in the building didn't make any sense and was confusing.
