The product offered was phenomenal. Very delicious. I had the tray with 4 itialian I've flavors and custard on top. The place is crammed, 15 people max sign when there was clearly more people in there to get served. Service was slow, and the outline in the building didn't make any sense and was confusing.

Ice cream was great, but the worker Bailey was being really sassy not just to me, but her coworker. Not an amazing experience. She would talk over her coworker when she would try to say something and give me sass. Not a very good experience.

Went to Rita's on a whim and it was absolutely delicious. We got the Frozen Hot Cocoa & Peppermint special and it great. The staff we spoke to was great as well, good communication and a friendly environment. I'll definitely be going back as they rotate flavors as well.

This place has gone downhill. Used to taste good and now tastes like chemical... Multiple times I've gone in and it never tastes good. They are under new management but still have the same workers that are awful! Really need to step up their game and cleanliness as well

Customer service is not the best and the Italian ice (shaved ice) was mostly watery, not recommended, the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the custard is very good.
