Insanely overstaffed with a lot of people standing around. While i was waiting for my food about five people were sitting around goofing off throwing bags and boxes around wall the phone rang about 3 times. There was one particular employee with some sort of Mohawk kind of younger guy that kept yelling and cussing telling people to get his damn tags. Very unprofessional I set in line while I was the only one in line for about 5 minutes before somebody actually came up and helped me. I will not be going to this establishment anymore I felt devalued and unimportant and I also felt that members of the staff did not respect each other. Didnt even get my pizza.

Accidentally ordered online from this location and I will ensure I avoid this in the future! Pizza is burned and my other pizza is terrible with burned Pepperoni! I wish I would have ordered at my normal location. DONT ORDER HERE!

Thought I would try the loaded tots for the first time and I’m not sure if it was the store or just how it is always served but it for sure looked nothing like the picture. Tasted completely burned, complete disappointment. Won’t be giving my money away here again.

First pizza delivered was completely wrong after calling and complaining they said the best they can do is re-make and deliver it. I asked it to be expedited and 45 minutes later I received a completely destroyed pizza even the driver seemed surprised when we opened the box. We tried the thin crust and it tasted like cardboard, will never order again! Domino’s has never been great but this was absolutely terrible!

Literally sends to the wrong address and when I tell them, the service was a disgrace. Couldn’t let me know in advance that the address was too far. Disgusting attitude and rude, didn’t even offer a better solution and hung up in my face.

I wanted to say something to show my appreciation for my recent experience. I ordered a small pizza with complicated toppings and they understandably forgot one of the ingredients. When I showed them the mistake, the nice gentleman invited me to stick the old one in the warmer and wait while he made me a new one. They were clearly busy with the dinner rush but still prioritized my order. To my delight, the corrected pizza was upgraded to a medium. I came away with a lot of free, delicious pizza and the feeling that I was a valued customer.
I live at an apartment complex. And the delivery instructions. I do put what building I live in and the pin is set above where I live on the map. They always deliver my food to building o and then drive away so I have to walk across the apartment complex to get my food every time. I feel like I shouldn't have to wait outside my building if I'm going to tip 25%.
EDIT: I did reach out to the Domino's and they gave me a full refund.
