This Dunkin’ is overall really good. The food is always on point. I had my coffee made incorrectly and when I came in to have it remade they were super kind and fast with remaking it. All of the employees are very kind and welcoming when you go in the store. Their drive thru service is surprisingly fast.
Anyone leaving a 1 star review knows absolutely nothing about this coffee shop chain. As someone who hails from Massachusetts, the entire infrastructure for the city of Boston is fueled by Dunkin Donuts. I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkin locations, and have seen some truly repulsive establishments with abysmally slow customer service. This location is clean, fast, the employees are friendly, and the quality is relatively consistent! It is genuinely a cut above many of the locations...
