Usually love this location and always get and iced caramelizer, I went today and it actually tasted so awful I had to throw it away. There was a weird almond taste to it and it was super hot for being an iced coffee and I even let it sit for a while to chill off. Don’t think I’ll be returning here again.

NEVER EVER should our drinks taste like a milkshake! Not if they know how to make them correctly! We come here everyday & always get the same drinks! They have 4 to 6 shots in them depending on what we order! There was no espresso taste at all today! When you pay $20 plus for 2 drinks we def dont want milkshakes! This place has gone downhill over time. Especially lately. What a downer!

I was waiting there for 20 minutes while there was only 2 cars infront of me because one had already left cause of how long it was taking and when i did get my drink it wasnt correct even though I uses the app and had an online order.

This place is always busy but I still sit in line because we love this place!!! The customer service here is amazing, they always have great attitudes and smiles on their faces for everyone and that's what makes them the best in town... Thank you all for your amazing drinks and food!!!
Just here to say what a let down the order ahead is NOW that the OG crew isn't around!! It worked so freaking great in the beginning & the OG's managed it so well instead of whats happening now! This place is busy 90% of the time. How it should be! For people that have 15 to 30 min breaks? Order ahead helped immensely! Now they check you in & make you wait in line & go to the window... SO WHY BOTHER!! Was an amazing idea & helpful! For those thinking of walk up..... everyone else thought to do that also due to lines, so not helpful! Disappointing! I've been coming here almost everyday since opening! Also tons of customers that didnt think to look at online menu & take forever to order! Crew should be informing customers that next time instead of holding up the line because they dont know what to order- check out online menu!! New/returning business is the goal! You just have to think outside the box to help keep that line moving due to being so crowded! Great tasting drinks though!

I absolutely love this location! The staff is awesome and super friendly. They always make conversation at the windows, ask what your plans are for the day, do a question of the day etc. How cool of them!!! I drive out of my way to come to this location.
