I love Mexican food. I have eaten at many Mexican food restaurants in Utah and Arizona, Texas and Mexico. I enjoy food trucks and this is an excellent food truck. The Al Pastor was excellent and their garnishes and salsa sabroso. I will be going back! I didn’t take the picture below, but my friend sent it to me and said, “ you know it’s good food if the cops eat there,” made me laugh.
I live next to this truck and finally was able to stop and get a bite, I got the carne asada fries w/ everything and my wife got the marinated pork nachos. Total I think was 22$.

Truly my absolute favorite taco truck in the area, as this is my go-to spot for lunch every Wednesday. The meat has some of the best flavor and texture! Along with a cooler to serve yourself with sauces and toppings.Phenomenal food at a great price
