Terrible customer service. I placed an order through the pollo loco website (two shrimp salads), the DoorDash driver called me (I have never ordered through this app) to tell me that there were no shrimp and that I wanted to substitute, to which I asked to cancel my order and The driver told me that since I didn't buy through DoorDash, I should go directly to Pollo Loco (which seemed very logical to me). I called and the person who answered me didn't know how to identify whether the order was through the Pollo Loca app or through DoorDash. He said that the return had to be made through the app and I had no idea how to do it, I investigated the page and found a “contact us” but it is a form to be contacted, you do not speak to a person for a return, I called the store told me that they would talk to the supervisor and call me, they called me indicating that the supervisor was not responding and that I had to fill out the form so that customer service could contact me for the return… What?? The workers had no idea how to make a return // Terrible customer service.
