This was my first time to Famous Dave’s and it was a great experience. We were seated immediately, the server Chris brought drinks quickly and it was Diet Pepsi which was a great change from the more common Diet Coke. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The only reason for the loss of a star was the corn was cooked from frozen and the fries were a little bland. Overall though, the chicken was crispy and juicy and well cooked. We used to go to the Layton location quite often, but they knocked it down to build an In and Out. Sad. We were missing the amazing cornbread muffins so I had to drive to West Jordan for 100 of them to serve as treats at a meeting. They were an absolute hit. Best dang cornbread ever baked, in my opinion. What I really miss is the All American BBQ Feast. Sliced brisket, ribs and chicken. Mmmmmm! We used to feed the office lunch with it once a month or so.
