We did an order pick up today online, they forgot to give us the m&m brownies we ordered and didn't realize until we got home. Tried calling them to get a credit or something and wasn't able to get thru. You can't leave a message or anything. I shouldn't have to drive back to get what we already should have received the first time. Not happy!!
Unprofessional and disrespectful so called managers at this location. The girl in particular who would not give her name decided to mock me to the other employees. when i was at the window paying i could hear her, so i asked for a manager. the cashier said he was a manager. so he lets the employees talk that way about customers? his excuse was that she was his manager. when she finally came to the window she claimed she was new at management. The drive through is always “closed” but they put the sign on the window around the corner, not back where people actually ordered. After waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes I walked in to order... NONE of the employees are wearing masks. Many of them aren’t even in uniform.
