Most of the time this location gets it right. I just went there and ordered what I ordered for my family every week. The order taker had poor listening skills and got my order wrong. No big deal. Easy fix. When the manager asks me about it, she said " we thought you were lying about the extra double quarter pounder with cheese ". Incredibly unprofessional! She made a big deal out of me paying for my extra sandwich. I'm fine paying for what I ordered. I just want to get what I ordered and not be called a liar. And not be called a liar.

Every time you go through the drive thru they make you park to wait. Of the 5 times I bought 4 something was wrong with my order... I specifically ask for my burgers without cucumbers and they always make them wrong... I asked for bacon on my double quarter pounder... they charged me for it as an extra and they didn't add it.You can always see that they have many employees... but they are always talking or joking. I worked at McDonald's for many years and the bad service they have is incredible.

Rude service by incompetent workers why did 2 double cheeses with only 1 slice of cheese each take longer than 5 Doordash orders and about 6 regular orders while my order was in the first slot on the screen to be done then when a second order of mine was ready and a lady working brought it to my fiance she was snoody and rude to my fiance and proceeded to throw our food on the table
