Nielsen's Frozen Custard

there was a lake outside nielsen's when I went. an aquatic beast dragged my little brother in and we couldn't retrieve him in time. I got myself an ice cream cone to distract myself from the demonic whispers beckoning me towards the water's edge. 5 stars

Diner Burger is fantastic -- if the right person is working the grill. Only been disappointed a few times. The concrete is always incredible.

Came here with a friend. Custard was delicious and satisfying. Only bad thing for me to say about it was that the onion rings I got were too salty and I could barely eat them. Next time I went they were slightly less so and I could eat them, but only order them if you want something really salty. Also, great atmosphere and view while eating!

There is no better thing on earth than a nielsens custard. I have been going to them since 1981 when they first opened in a little shack in Bountiful. This one is a new location, which I just stumbled on! All provide the best custard on EARTH.

Noise, noise, noise from the minute I walked in. There was a constant loud grinding noise and high pitch sound. It was so loud the music was drowned out the whole time. Won't be at that location again.

I decided to give this location another try because they're close by. I'd come several months ago on a Saturday with my daughter, we got there a few minutes before 11 and were the first ones in the drive-through line to order lunch. However, when they opened, they decided to take a couple of van fulls of church youth that showed up after us ahead of us. Imagine my surprise as we had been waiting and we're only two people rather than over 20. When they asked me to wait, I declined and we went elsewhere and I had Until today. I ordered a vanilla cone while waiting for them to make a sandwich. And was surprised to find that the cone was hollow. I don't know. I think there are people that love this place. I personally don't get the hype. Looking forward to other options in this area for the future.

This is one of me and my kids all time favorite spots to go. Thy frozen custard is insanely good, and we always get a basket of fries to go with.
