Nielsen's Frozen Custard

The food hear was amazing. The onion rings were the best. Loved the 50's theme. Our only complaint was that the machine making the frozen custard was sooo loud. You cannot even hear the oldies music playing. If you eat outside you can hear the music.

I did not have major issues with the service or the food. It was very tasty. The restaurant was slightly messy but then it was dinner time and the staff was bouncing all over.

Only Frozen Custard that's worth it since we lost Coney's. Nothing like fresh custard right from the machine! They make pretty good burger, too. Glad to see they're always hoppin'.

I almost didn't go here thinking it's a custard only location. After reviewing others, decided the name threw me off. Such a delightful place with their art deco 1940s feel. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. The service was professional, helpful and downright super nice. The down side, it was colder than Hoth, Since I left my light Saber at home and TaunTauns do not live on this planet, we decided to eat at the park. Still we will go back again!

GREAT service. Absolutely delicious custard! Bar none the BEST! Their sandwiches and burgers are delectable and taste like nothing you can get anywhere else! Reminds me of the food made at small local diners of days gone by! Highly recommend!!!

This is one of the best eateries in utah, period. Their pastrami burger and a concrete?? Oof, unbeatable. What's even more awesome is how everyone who works there are young high school age (at least they look that young), but they still deliver consistently for the meals every time I'm there.

Only for the ice cream the Bergers are made like crap

Cody Jenkins is extremely rude. I was trying to sell something on Facebook and he started calling me names. He is the manager of this place. I would be careful who you support.

Just don't! The employees wither need to re-do food handler training or they just dont care. I watched several employees touch their face and one one was sitting on the ground and pushed herself up by touching the ground none of them changed gloves before serving food to the next person...

We love neilsons. Their ice cream is usually DIVINE. I love ordering a chocolate cookie dough, and the last one was slightly disappointing, but that was my fault. Typically i specify "chocolate cookie dough, with chocolate ice cream." Last time, i didnt specify, i just said chocolate cookie dough, so they used vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and cookie dough chunks. Which isnt the same at all. Lol. The other thing, is also not their fault, we have to order my husband burger plain, and ask for mustard packets because he doesnt like the "weird" mustard they use. Again, not their fault. They have a good soda selection, delicious ice cream, and thier burgers are so good. My 1 complaint is how loud the ive cream machines are. I feel for the employees. Lol

This is a nice place for a good burger and fries. The view is awesome the the service is great! Nice atmosphere that has a feel for the 50's . The place is clean and the staff are friendly. You can dine inside or outside on a nice evening. Especially if you have kids that need to run around. It has a playground as well. Great burger joint! Also, the custard is delicious!?
