Nielsen's Frozen Custard

There mean to people with autism when they mess up order and it’s runny and it’s never been like that when I order it before they wouldn’t make it right once they realized we were autistic. Because people with autism showing in different ways from their voice or their looks They became hostile started ignoring us. The manager avoided us and hurt our feelings that’s a discrimination to people with disabilities a violation of ADA act.

This is the second time I’ve had a really poor experience here. I sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes waiting for a premade frozen custard. Not a shake. Not a custom order. Just a premade item.

No communication, no checking in, no explanation. I finally had to ask if someone could open the window because I had been sitting there so long.

The product itself is fine, but the service is consistently inattentive and slow, especially for something that’s supposed to be quick and already made. If you’re advertising convenience, the execution needs to match.

I was so surprised it wasn't busy on a Friday night. We went through the drive through and got all our food super quick too. You definitely need to try the Ironport soda they mix in-house. The workers were insanely friendly

We love their custard but during our dinner we had to yell so we could talk to each other because they had a machine running for 40 minutes that was so loud you couldn’t hear the person across from you. And the workers in the back were throwing spoons across the room at each other which seemed unprofessional. Overall great custard but tough atmosphere

The place had a custer machine running that sounded like shoes in a washer machine. Tried to enjoy my lunch. Should have went to a the laundromat.

$9 for just a sandwich is too much

First time here for food. It was good. The fries were great! The custard - outside of you mind great! The custard machines were so loud it was hard to think.

Food is tasty and burgers are delicious, but their custard machines are crazy loud. I usually just do drive through and sometimes just go to Culver's because of how loud the custard machines are.

there was a lake outside nielsen's when I went. an aquatic beast dragged my little brother in and we couldn't retrieve him in time. I got myself an ice cream cone to distract myself from the demonic whispers beckoning me towards the water's edge. 5 stars
