I ordered food online before a game, when I arrived it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes after the stated time I asked how much longer and the guy had attitude. He was annoyed there were customers ordering food. If you don’t like the job, don’t work there

I came in around 9:20ish on Monday night , the staff was amazing and very friendly. They let me take my time and they even offered suggestions, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. It was my first time trying their food and because of the two workers I had encountered, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I haven't been to Noodles and company in recent years because they seemed to fall off. Decided to give them a try again tonight and was reminded why I don't care for them anymore. The pasta in my Japanese pan noodles were burnt and very dry with little meat to make up for it. Adding soy sauce was the only saving grace and still couldn't really eat it even considering how small the portions are now. The bulgogi mac and cheese was overly spicy and lacked flavor save for the spicy sauce and was overwhelming. The lettuce in our salads was wilted and yellow, not green like they would be if fresh. The Caesar dressing was good at least and the customer service was good. Unfortunately will not be coming back any time soon.

Service was mediocre. But most importantly, the food was egregious and unsatisfactory. The taste was all right but it gave me diarrhea about an hour after I ate it. Also my friend got diarrhea after and he ordered a completely different dish than I did. Their food safety and handling must be substandard. This location should be evaluated. It made us sick. We ordered the bacon chicken Alfredo and a tortilini spinach dish on a Sunday. Not coming here again. Wasted $30 just to get food poisoning and it coming out the other end. The atmosphere was fine.

Great lunch with my hunny. Service was top notch. I believe the manager was on the register. He had great recommendations and was very friendly. We both cleaned our plates, not planning to with the nice size portions. The food came quickly. His parmeasan chicken Alfredo and my Chicken Rosa were both very appealing to the eye, with excellent flavor. We will definitely visit this location again!!!!

Made a Togo order tonight and what the closing team did (despite me rudely ordering right before close 😅) sent this location over the top for me. Made my night and my kids night. Thank you
