We ordered via their website and picked up inside. Fast service, made perfectly and tasted wonderful, as always!!

Ordered buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken. Brought it home and couldn’t believe what they served me. The most burned and dry chicken I’ve ever had. Noodles were dry. This tasted like day old food. Who ever cooked this should be embarrassed of themselves and find another job. Manager on duty should be fired. This location has gone to waste. We used to eat here all the time but won’t be returning.

The food was great! I got the lemon garlic scampi and my daughter ordered the tortellini garlic cream which was delicious but both so good. The staff especially the manager (true great customer service associate) was on top of it and very nice and was helpful with signing up for the rewards app.

We ordered food from your West Jordan Utah location on 05/20/25. It was called in and picked up. When we arrived back to our Airbnb my husband's food was missing. We called them right away at 9:40pm because we knew they were closing soon. We informed the young lady Allie and told her we could be there in 10 minutes or less. She told us the power was going out in all stores at 950pm so she couldn't make his food and gave us a refund. We drove by at 9:55pm and not only were the lights on there were guests still in the lobby. The worst part is we are visiting and staying at an Airbnb so we had no other food to eat and there wasn't another restaurant that was open. According to the online Google reviews, this happens often. I sure hope someone can explain to me why Noodles and Company shuts their power off in all locations 10 minutes before closing? Sounds fishy to me!!

Terrible. All of our food was cold, flavorless and just gross. We asked to have it heated up, it was a chore. I’ve had better food at a school cafeteria.

I came in and asked for a refund respectfully for the messed up food nothing was done about it or didn’t even offer a new bowl they just let me walk out unsatisfied no food no refund

Ordered to go and our food was supposed to be ready by 18:45 and I didn’t receive it until 18:55. Wasn’t greeted when I entered the store. My food order was VERY wrong!

My wife had no pulled pork and my order had one piece of steak. RIDICULOUS for what we paid!

Dry pasta with almost no sauce. What they call chicken parmesan had a couple of pieces of chicken in it, was baked inside a dish resembling a frozen dinner with pasta that was so crispy at the edge of the container because no sauce to cover any of it. It blew me away that they charge as much as they do, but the wife picked it. If I had wanted a TV dinner, I'd have gone across the street to Walmart's freezer. Two dinners, drink and and a potsticker appetizer for $45 is too much for fast food in plastic containers with plastic knives.

I waited so some one can take my order and no one did. Waited for 10 minutes. They had 4 people in and no one acknowledged or said we will be right there.

Asked for no onions. It’s very clear they put onions on it and scraped them off when they noticed the order didn’t have onions. Chicken is undercooked. I called to let the manager know and he was remarkably short with me and did not offer anything other than “sorry”. L experience.

My mother and myself are super picky eaters and this place is our favorite place to eat at the moment and for the both of us to love it is amazing....

How come every single time I order there is a mess up? Literally every single time. It's always something small and stupid but it is so frustrating. It's also at this and the West Valley location. Tonight I spent $80 and I knew before my husband was even home something would be wrong. No plasticware even though I marked for some. Mac and cheese was half elbow noodles and half spaghetti. I didn't order that. My husband hates cheese, I requested no cheese on his spaghetti and meatballs, guess what he got? Irritating, but I'm the idiot who keeps giving you guys another chance. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Forgot... chicken was extra extra crispy! I didn't know that was an option.

I’m really disappointed with my order last night.

I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp (a $15 meal), and when I opened it, nothing was chopped or mixed.

The veggies were whole, the noodles were clumped together, and it looked like it had just been thrown together with zero care. I literally had to chop and mix everything myself just to be able to eat it.

For the price, I expected a ready-to-enjoy meal, not a DIY project. Do better Please. You have good food.

This location used to be really good up until a couple months ago. Now it just sucks. Noodles barely have any sauce on them. Sometimes there's noodles in the side dishes! I had macaroni in my broccoli! We also got some pot stickers. They never usually put seasoning on them so I'm 100% confident they dropped the pot stickers on the floor and didn't want to make more so they served it anyway. Fix your store folks!!! This is FOUL.
