Really nothing great or bad. It's basic but good in a pinch.

This is the second time we've ordered an extra side of cheese sauce for an extra!! $1.25 and did not get it! We will no longer go to this location!

Terrible experience. Dirty restaurant, food ordered was incorrect both without the protein ordered and even mixed noodle types. Small portions as well for a 13.00 noodle bowl. Will not come back here.

I ordered some chicken noodle soup and realized it wasn’t that full, so I went back and told them the situation, and they were very polite about it, fixed my order, and gave me two Rice Krispies. 10/10 the soup and Rice Krispies were delicious!

Watch out for long wait times. Food is cold, below average even for a to go order...... watch out for long hair in your food. And no NOODLES AND CO. It was not mine. I am free of hair, head, and face. "Great phone conversation with the manager"

Our favorite dishes have been eliminated so we choose to no longer come here. Service, for years, had always been hit or miss, mostly miss, and portions shrunk while prices went up. Bring back the alfredo Montamore and we may return if the portions return to normal size with the new pricing.. Otherwise? Nah. You're simply another overpriced restaurant with sub par food, like OG...

This looks nothing like the picture. Very disappointed.
The pad Thai is usually my favorite but this time it's terrible. They put burnt egg scraps on top instead of scrambling them in like they usually do. Not enough sauce or toppings. Borderline inedible.
Service was terrible. There was a huge line and they weren't helping anyone. I stood there for awhile before they even asked if I had an order to pick up.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was so disappointed. First the portion size was so small, but worse than that was the noodles themselves.
I was starving so I ate the hard crunchy, cold, undercooked noodles with barely warm sauce. There was grilled chicken layered on top but even with the added chicken it didn't help this expensive dish.

Went in and Ended up waiting half an hour without any staff even greeting us or telling us it’d be a wait, after more waiting we decided to leave. Terrible service by the staff

I waited in line for 30 minutes, and not a single person came to take my order. The line was backed up to the door, and not one staff member even acknowledged the situation or informed us that it might take some time. The lack of service was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After waiting with no help in sight, I decided to leave and go to Chick-fil-A, where I was assisted right away. This experience was incredibly disappointing.

Went inside and waited 30 minutes and not a single person came and took anyone’s order. They didn’t even tell anyone why they weren’t taking any orders. The line was long and everyone was not getting any of their orders taken.

Service was good. Food is sort of deceiving. Seems like a small portion but then I can hardly finish the entire thing. And I've never been disappointed here. The BBQ Mac and Cheese is pretty awesome. Cookies are WAY overpriced. Overall a positive experience from a place I don't frequent often, but probably should.
