It was dead when I went in. I ordered a plate with all Beyond and a small entree of Beyond. She immediately goes to start scooping up a bunch of orange chicken. I let her know - again - that I wanted Beyond. She went to dump it out and I asked her to please use another plate. She asked if they should make some fresh for me and I said that would be great. I didn't mind waiting. I used the restroom so I didn't see them packaging it but when I got home I ate the plate and it was great. The next day I go to eat the small entree for lunch and it's not beyond - it's real dead chicken. Good thing they don't look the same or I would have been very very sick. I don't understand how I could specify Beyond so many times and they could still get it wrong.

Long waits, and food quality goes down seemingly every visit. Mushroom chicken has not been readily available the past 12 times I've gone. Orange chicken is now basically sauce and breading with almost no chicken. It's sad to see quality go down so much over the years.

Food was horrible, even the food that was just cooked. The sides tasted like they’ve been sitting there all day and the fried rice was hard. The workers told us it was a 6min wait for the entrees that had to be made “fresh” but we waited more than 20min.

They just opened and only had 3 options of food everything else was a 20 min wait after waiting the white rice was hard and uncooked as usual and they barley put any noodles. I honestly am always disappointed coming here and I’m not gonna eat here again
