I want to give a massive shout-out to this Panda Express team. I walked in just five minutes before closing while they were already deep into their cleaning routine. Having worked in food service myself, I know how frustrating a late arrival can be, but the staff here handled it with total grace. Juliana, Marco (the manager), and Kurt (the cook) were exceptionally polite and provided top-tier customer service. Instead of turning me away, they actually prepared my order from scratch. The food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

This review is more for the person that works there name Arleth , she has horrible customers service ,she is very rude , I asked her for an additional teriyaki sauce ,(i had two plates with teriyaki chicken in my bag there was only one package ) she looked at me threw it in my bag and rolled her eyes . She even gave attitude to the lady in front of as cause the lady ask for something extra , someone needs to talk to her about her attitude and horrible customers service

People are nice, it’s not their fault the food is absolutely terrible. Never going to panda again. Got my orange chicken that tasted like rubber. Same with my other chicken I got. Can’t believe it’s legal to sell this terrible of food

She gave us a less than regular serving of orange chicken, after we noticed that issue we pointed it out to the assistant manager who insisted it was regular. She got upset and told us to give her the bowl and served only 4 more skimpy pieces of orange chicken. During this She dropped a piece of orange chicken and put it back in the ready to eat food. Disgusting cross contact! A horrible attitude.
