The lady who took my order I asked specifically to NOT put my chow mein in the carton until the 2 sides were ready. Yet she did it anyways!!! Good thing another lady heard her & I'm assuming told her what I said. (In their language) then because I pre-paid for my food which wasn't ready I got my drink cup & asked for the fortune cookie which came with it. The cashier said "you want it now?!?! We'll give it to you with your food."Whatever. Places like these NEED at least ONE decent English speaking person & at least ONE decent CARING human working!

If you don't watch them to make sure they are doing their job correctly you'll forget stuff. This location does not care. They play around alot and don't pay attention or listen to the customers.

Paid for delivery, missing item. After multiple calls to the store finally got someone to answer. The only option given was to come in and pick it up.. This was after paying and tipping for delivery to fix their mistake. Asked if they could deliver, I was put on eternal hold after being told they would have to check with their manager. Hung up after 10 minutes.. This location needs to do better.
