Custer service was a 12 out of 10. Everyone was so polite and friendly. One of my items was out so I had to wait about 2 minutes which I was fine with, the cashier gave me a free small soda while I waited. Way above what I would expect. The food was amazing as always
Food is always great, service is unreliable, asked for sweet and sour sauce twice in person still throws everything but what we specifically asked for in the bag as well as on our plates underneath where the meat portions were there was a thick layer of rice, thus skimping out on the most expensive part of the meal, I need a do over to correct this experience

My boyfriend and I decided to get panda because we hadn’t had it in a minute. When ordered through Uber eats, we noticed we barley got any food basically. I got a plate with the sides of fried rice with sweet fire chicken and orange chicken while my boyfriend got the bigger plate with fried rice, orange chicken and honey sesame they gave us bigger portions of the rice and chow mein while we barley got a scoop of meat. I’m disappointed in this store. We spent our money to get a delicious and portion meal and barley got the meat… if you order from her make sure they don’t slip out on the portions.
I’m not sure if staffing here has changed recently but the employees today were stellar. Food was fresh and hot. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

Waited for 40 minutes to get food. Went through the drive-thru and they said they didn’t have the honey walnut shrimp ready so to pull to the side and they’d bring it out. Went inside after waiting for 20 minutes and they had clearly completely forgotten they told us to park there and wait for the food. Just got the food ready and didn’t even explain or try to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.
