My family and I tried this place for the first time last week and I must say we'll definitely be coming back. Food and service were phenomenal. They use a little thicker noodle than other Pho places I've experienced and it complements their broth really well. Their broth has a slightly sweeter flavor and it tastes amazing. Quality food at a great price!
Vegetarian options: I would suggest calling ahead for dietary restrictions.
Parking: The parking right by the business is usually available unless a massive tournament is happening next door. (May have to walk if that's the case.)

The best Pho I’ve had in all of Utah hands down! I come here every chance I get. Food is always fresh, service is always great. They are so fast here and the price is so good. But the flavorrrrrr! Just can’t get enough of this place.
