Always like the Pizza Hut pizza but when I ordered direct from your website I don't expect Door Dash to deliver. If I wanted them I would go through them. The sent a text stating they would hand deliver my pizza and they set it on the cold doorstep. They didn't even knock. This is ridiculous. I will no longer order delivery. ? Disappointed in this service.

I recently had an issue with my order from Pizza Hut, but I was blown away by how they handled it. After calling their customer service directly, they went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. I can honestly say they are #1 in customer service! On top of that, the food is always pretty good—hot, fresh, and satisfying. It’s great to know that if something goes wrong, they truly care about making things right. Highly recommend!

We came in over the weekend and was assisted by an employee named Brittney. We had issues while ordering over the phone where they weren't able to apply the coupon we had so once we got there she was able to refund the order and apply the coupon so that we were able to get our discount.
