I ordered through the app noted I want pan pizza and I will be paying with cash. The delivery driver was a 3rd party driver my total was 37.45 all I had was a 50 he had no change so I ended up paying 50 for my order when I got inside I found I had thin crust not pan o tried calling the store and couldn't get through it kept hanging up on me. Horrible experience and costly

Stop hiring people who can't speak English and bring back the salad bar! It's nearly impossible to get any help or even get our order correct because the employees cannot understand anything you're saying. Even the GM seems lost. The lobby was mostly dead and there were very few take out orders which is a good indication of their food, service, and pricing. I won't be coming back to this location.

I was very excited to buy the pizza that I love the most, which is the meat one with everything extra. I waited for it and took it home. OMG when I tried it, it was so very dry and lacked the sauce and cheese that always define Pizza Hut par excellence. It broke when I took a slice. It was an unpleasant experience. I honestly threw it away. I'm sure I won't go to that store again. 😑😑

They delivered a pizza to me with tangled hair. I also ordered two pizzas, and they only left one at my apartment door. When I called to complain, no one gave me a solution. I had to drive to the store to complain around 12:25 a.m. Terrible service. Never buy from Pizza Hut again.
