I would leave negative stars!!! What an absolute joke!! We ordered over an hour ago, they cancelled our order with the dasher, we cannot get a hold of the store. They pick up the phone and then hang up!! They stole all the rewards we have earned on our account and charged our card!! Pathetic. Save your time and money. Better yet, go to Domino’s.

Great place. We visited for date night and it was a very good choice. Food was great. We sampled the meat lover's melt which is like a quesadilla made with crunchy pizza dough! It's well seasoned and it's pretty filling. We also tried the sweet chili and sweet BBQ wings. Both great. The bacon cheesy bread is also very tasty, somewhat grease but really good. More cheese than bacon but I will definitely have it again. The also have beer and many tvs to watch your favorite game. Give it a try!

Delivery was accurate to estimate but our boneless wings had no sauce. Just plain chicken nuggets. The amount of food for the price is a little ridiculous but that’s just how eating out is now a days. Rest of the food was fine, came to our house warm enough. Just frustrating after spending so much they didn’t think to put sauce on wings… seems pretty hard to mess up.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! They took 40 minutes to give me my order, nothing hygienic the manager very rude, they don't know how to work or be friendly, very bad service, I had never waited so long for two pizzas, dirty tables, and one of the pizzas over cooked and cold!

Don't go to this place!! The manager was the worst thing in the place.. it took them 45 minutes to deliver the pizza and they forgot the second one.. when I went to ask, the manager was super rude and said that I was disrespectful just by asking her.. because according to her That's the best there and you shouldn't be bothered with questions. She feels like an intergalactic NASA engineer. It is despotism at its finest. Oo, but yes, the North Americans almost kiss their faces. feet.

Horrible place as a panda the mess up your order and when you ask for a refund even with receipt they will not refund. I live close by and they close at 10:30 the staff will close lobby at 10:20 to make their job more easier

We were so excited to try pizza hut and have a cpl of beers. It was nostalgic for us like the good old days. We spent like $100 bucks or more. I ordered a salad w our pizza and asked if it'd feed 4 of us and if I could pay a few dollars more for a little more veggies. The guy working said "I guess I can throw some chicken on it." I didn't care for chicken but whatever I wasn't going to argue with him. Then we got our food, while it was good we we're only given 1 cup of ranch that was half full for each meal. Pizza,breadsticks,and wings. We asked for more ranch and they acted like it was on lockdown. We paid the extra fees for more ranch and was given that cheap to go commercial ranch. No biggie to most I just thought it was odd that we spent so much money there and they wanted to skimp on that.

Ordered salad, a side of ranch and pep melt. Order didn't come with my ranch a fork, Napkins. Salad was hot and driver didn't speak English so couldn't ask him about it.
they said it was a 15 minute wait but i’ve was for about 40 minutes and made it to work late, couldn’t even enjoy my pizza or wings i wish they had faster service manager was a bit grumpy just didn’t like it at all from. other locations

We ordered 2 Pizzas EXTRA sauce + EXTRA toppings. When it arrived, there was NO extra anything & ZERO sauce. I called the store, the phone rang forever then disconnected me. I called back & the same thing happened. I called corporate office told them, they transferred us back to the store. After the phone rings forever a lady that barely spoke any English answered, then hung up on me. We & the pizzas drove to the store. It was lunch time NO Cars in the parking lot. We went inside, I asked for the manager the girl barely speaking English said she was asst mgr. she said she was the one I spoke to. I gave her the pizzas & told her I wanted exactly what I ordered & paid for. She apologized, went back & made them - she was the only one there. In the meantime she handed me a cup to get a drink. The drink machine was OUT OF ORDER :/ We inspected the pizzas they were NOW as we ordered & delicious. We know now why there are never any cars in the parking lot & know we have to go there to order & inspect!

I've been a loyal fan of Pizza Hut's pepperoni pizza for years, but this time was a major letdown. I ordered double cheese and double pepperoni, but what I got was far from it—neither the cheese nor the pepperoni was anywhere close to double. On top of that, the service was slower than any other Pizza Hut I've visited. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
