They delivered a pizza to me with tangled hair. I also ordered two pizzas, and they only left one at my apartment door. When I called to complain, no one gave me a solution. I had to drive to the store to complain around 12:25 a.m. Terrible service. Never buy from Pizza Hut again.

Placed order for pickup on the app and then called the store to change to delivery. Girl on the phone assured me it was changed and we waited. And waited. And waited… Nearly an hour later they call me to explain that she could not get it setup for delivery unless she cancelled the order and started over. AN HOUR LATER!!!! Told her to cancel my order!

This is the worst pizza I've ever had. There wasn't very much sauce ir cheese on this pizza. 4 of us had similar orders and all 4 pizzas were terrible. We visit this location frequently but we will not return after this. I've had better pizza at 7-11.

Went at a slow time (dinner on a Sunday) and staff was awesome! They helped us, served pizzas quickly, and the store was very clean. We ordered the Big Hut Bundle, which had 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks, no complaints about anything!

Brianne is the sweetest person there. I pulled up to the hut lane thinking it was a drive thru😅 and they took my order there anyways and they were so sweet. I came in today to order the same thing and THEY REMEMBERED MY ORDER AND MY NAME. Anyways you are lucky if they help you. They deserve a raise!
Just a nice building. Pizza isn’t great and waited 40 minutes for a small pizza and it was cold. Please save yourself the time and don’t come here. Need better staff

The manager took our order incorrectly, despite maintaining a professional demeanor. Appetizers were delivered to the wrong table. Our pizza lacked sauce and the vegetables were undercooked, appearing haphazardly thrown on. We raised our concerns with the manager but she seemed indifferent. Additionally, the place seemed unclean, with garbage on the floor, dirty tables, and dirty soda cups.

I missed sitting down with a hot pizza still in the pan delivered to the table. And the adult beverages, as advertised, were ice cold. My family had a great meal together.
