They serve BEER!! Brings back memories of when I was a kid too! So awesome! But... if they're going to have sit down, they need to bring back servers. They're doing online... and delivery, and take out, and sit down... That's a lot especially when the people behind the counter have never served customers inside a restaurant.The lady that took our order wasn't very observant either. We ordered a garden salad. Has a bunch of veggies and meat, cause we ordered the entrée. It came out just lettuce and croutons.. I showed her and she said there are different options.(There was no other options) Like a meat garden... but the meat comes with the entree orders.... So we didn't get any cause we weren't going to argue. And my wife noticed on the receipt. It actually showed she clicked grilled chicken for our choice of meat for the salad.Wings were bomb AF. We had the Garlic spice wings. Idk the exact flavor. Pizza was undercooked.Overall, disappointing. Bring back your servers.

Arrived at the drive thru with one person in front of us at 6 PM. It's now 6:25 PM. Not happy. Update: My wife called in 30 minutes before we arrived and ordered pizza triple box as well as two personal pizzas for our two kids who got them free with the reading program and I then waited in drive thru for 35 minutes even though I was 2nd in line. They then forgot to give us the 2 free kids personal pizzas. It would be good if you could communicate with customers waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes so they are least know why the wait is so long, or if the customer at the window is going to take a long time, have that customer move to the parking lot and bring them their order when it's ready later so other customers can move through the line. Their where two of us waiting behind the customer at the drive thru window for 35 minutes. This is a common procedure for fast food drive thru windows: send a customer who has a long wait for their order to the parking lot so others in line can move through and get thier orders. The workers appeared to be working hard but where oblivious to how long the line was waiting.

Avoid this Pizza Hut!Absolutely 0 if that was even an option. Cynthia was highly unpleasant and extremely rude when the mess up was not my fault. The system charged me a delivery fee I was expecting our food to be delivered as I did submit our address. I didn't select the carryout option like she kept fighting me on. I had 3 sick young kid's and my mother was sick but her attitude was basically oh well it wasn't her problem. Maybe you actually need new updated training on proper customer service and hospitality unless you hate your job then don't take it out on the customer that had to drag everyone out. The phone call was all full of attitude when I tried to explain what happened. And the system was reflecting on my side with this address as having the delivery option. Oh and Cynthia was rude about my tip amount , like my bad I didn't give you 100% for a tip. But your comment about my tip amount that I thought was fair was not needed, also unprofessional.

Canceled my order for the hundredth time due to no driver and never said a word.No one answering the phone and still charging my card. This is the worst location in the state, maybe the country.
Best thing I can say is at least they didn't charge me for the extra topping of hair in my pizza

Where to start, I thought this Pizza Hut was going to be nice as it's brand new... Oh man was I wrong.There was a language barrier when I was trying to order breadsticks, I had to repeat myself about four times.Then what I wanted was hot pizza sauce. I was given cold pizza sauce and I had to say it three times, he took it back and then made it colder. After that, his co-worker stuck in the oven for a couple seconds which warmed it up a little bit, but not anywhere near hot.When I walked in both him and his co-worker were sitting at a booth in the dining area eating with everyone else. When somebody walked in he stopped eating, came up, took care of them and then went back to the same table.I watched him not wash his hands when he went to go grab food and then back to his table with his co-worker.I asked his co-worker where the napkins were and she grabbed them for me (she was eating as well). So I said I would grab them. The silverware that they have out for everyone has water spots all over it so I had to ask for plastic silverware that was sealed.Also the breadstick that I ordered they weren't even cut. I had to grab a fork and a knife and cut them myself.The bathroom is really dirty. The only thing that's really nice about this place is the exterior. This place needs work!The Pizza Hut in Tooele has a lot better service even though it's an older building.
