I’m more frustrated with the lack of communication. It’s impossible to get ahold of someone at the store and not some call center. I went a few weeks ago and I got a personal pizza and breadsticks. The sauce I received was the spicy marinara. Double checked my order I didn’t mess it up on the app. No I did not. Tried to call the person said they would connect me to the store. Not stoked. Some of my complaint is the online ordering. Pizza hut famous for pan pizza defaults to hand tossed and apparently I didn't notice. Also I thought I clicked an item to add and it didn't get added My fault, I called the store and they were going to correct it anyway and remake the pizza. Very nice. However they said 20-25 minutes and didn't clarify if I had to pick it up.I did have to. I was not in a position to go grab out so I guess I'm stuck with $85 worth of pizza...read full review

The Big Hut Bundle, with 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks, is a great choice. Pizzas come out fast, especially the original deep dish hot outta the oven. The wing choices are good, and adult beverages are ice cold. Guests enjoy sitting down with a hot pizza still in the pan, bringing back the 80s Pizza Hut experience. The staff is awesome, remembering orders and names, and the store is very clean. They do have beer on draft, which is nice.
