Had the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was so small it's like where's the chicken, going to eat at Chick-fil-A instead just saying charge me more money and give me a smaller value and I won't come back. I don't recommend, it was a good sandwich not anymore wife's was the same.

Popeye's Chicken is my new favorite place to go for delicious fried chicken! I love getting their families deals on the app, it's a great way to save money and still get a lot of food.My family and I love their new sweet and spicy wings. The chicken is so juicy and the breading is crispy, and the sweet and spicy sauce is the perfect combination of flavors. We always get a big order to share and it's never enough, we always want more!The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. I love that they have a drive-thru, it's so convenient to pick up food on the go.Popeye's Chicken is my new go-to spot for fried chicken, you've got to try it! You won't be disappointed. And don't forget to try their sweet and spicy wings, they're so delicious!
I went to Popeyes and all i asked for was some extra crispy chicken they told me the chicken was alreyad crispy I know that but I wanted it extra is that to much to ask for if she would have explained it nicer it would have been okay but she sounded like she was giggling and that I was stupid for asking for extra crispy chicken

The food was terrible. My husband and I go here for the delicious food and it was below par. The mash potatoes were the only thing that was edible. Food was not fresh and tasted like it was frozen overnight. Plus the cashier charged us for two chicken sandwhiches when we asked for one. Never get the nuggets! Small bits of chicken caked with big pockets of oil and tasteless batter! The only thing semi edible was the chicken after I scraped off the batter. Very sad because I loved this place.

That wasn't the problem with this visit.Bathrooms were dirty, no paper towells for drying hands and just the nasty air blower.The main cause for the bad review is the soda machines. Idk why we still use those all in one machines, 100% of the time the nozzles are not cleaned regularly enough. So no matter what drink you get, you get hit with a cacophony of 12 different flavors you didnt want. Thats only IF your drink you want is there. When only 30% of the drink options are available its frustrating. One of them was cream soda, so i elected that. No syrup, just carbonation. Had to go with regular coke that tasted like lime/grape/vanilla/cream/strawberry coke. The machines also had zero ice in either of them. I miss the regular drink stations that always had ice. These coca cola red all-in-one machines need to stop existing.

Chicken had an uneven cook, rice and beans were too salty and mushy, and the fries didn't have much flavor. The wait time for food was longer than one would expect from a fast food restaurant.

The lady taking my drive through order didn't pay attention. We asked for a 5 piece and two biscuits. When we got to the window she seemed very disinterested and seemed annoyed we were in the drive through and was talking trash to her coworker. We were given a 3 piece and one biscuit. Not good customer service and not what we ordered.

They got my order wrong, when I let them know a manager told me she was sorry and my next meal would be on them, just to tell them her name. I went in there next time and they said no we don't have a manager with that name. And that was that.

Asked for a large fry… I noticed on my receipt she only charged me a regular. I shrugged it off, given a regular is just a bit less. I have ordered a regular before and this is not that… I stayed and waved her to come back. She opened the window and asked me “what is it” like I was a problem.. I showed her and asked if this really was the regular fry. She was very adamant that it was.. girl this is a small. I was having a hard day and looking for a happy escape and got ripped off. :(Not only this but the speaker you have to talk to makes it hard for anyone to understand each other. We have to YELL for it to be clear. On top of that the workers have a hard time understanding what you’re saying already even at the window. Fix the speaker problem. They already are having a hard time. Don’t add upset customers too.

I really am becoming more and more disappointed with Popeye's. I thought it was just the one near my house that had fallen off but it seems every Popeye's I have been to recently has the skimpiest pieces of chicken at a pretty hefty price. I definitely do not feel like I am getting my money's worth anymore. I wish there was a church's chicken here in Utah but since there is not one yet I guess it is KFC for me when its yard bird o'clock or chicken thirty!
