Rise is a quaint little Polish store, that makes you feel like you have gone back in time, that you're sitting at your grandmother's kitchen table and she is feeding you all your favorite childhood dishes. Excellent little Polish market, great imported goods, excellent menu of fresh made Polish food. Pierogi's, Polish meatball plate, and a Vavel Litvit drink from the fridge 🤘😃🤘

First of all, we needed this! Polish food is underrepresented in this state! We found out about this place by accident and came the next day. It is a small market with a pretty good selection of Polish dry goods. Some refrigerated items, some bakery. We stocked on some staples ahead of Easter.

We also grabbed some food at the attached restaurant. Their menu is not really traditional Polish, more Polish-American/“Chicago Polish”. I say this with no disrespect...
