Had my coffee made here on Sunday, March 30th and it was probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks. I had the girl remake it and it still was soo bad 😩 she put less than half of the coffee in the cup & it tasted horrible. $5 down the drain.

Hello all so i just went to this Starbucks, first both baristas look like they would have rather be anywhere else, didn't say hello smile nothing. Then they were all out of trenta cups,and out of classic sweetener. They dinged tell me that till I took a drink of my vent ice coffee with cream and classic. Yeah will never be going back there.

My experience this time around was bad. The hot chocolate was over priced, and then when I got it it didn't taste like hot chocolate. They didn't tell me they put mocha in it. Definitely not a happy experience. Hopefully I can get a refund. I would recommend getting a hot chocolate at the maverik nearby for 1 dollar.

I’m not one to leave reviews especially a negative one, but I feel like I have to for this experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to love this starbucks and the baristas that worked here but it’s gone down hill once they got new people. I understand we’re all human and struggle some days. The drink I ordered was made 3 different times and didn’t get it right any of those times. It was a simple drink not anything crazy. You’d think if you didn’t get it right the first time you’d pay attention to what you’re doing the second and third time. They tried to gaslight me saying they made it right when I watched them make it completely wrong every time. Ended up going to the starbucks across the street and they got it right the first time. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU’RE LACTOSE OR VEGAN. They won’t give you what you paid for and will gaslight you saying they did.
