we had ordered snickerdoodle hot chocolate. They didn’t know what it was so we just ordered regular hot chocolate instead. Then we get to the window turns out they made us the hot chocolates that we wanted. They googled the ingredients and it was perfect. I love the effort and their service with a positive attitude!

I stopped by this Starbucks and was blown away with the great experience. The employees were sooo kind, helpful, and they seemed like they actually liked their jobs and coworkers. I saw them connect with customers by name, keep the store clean, and overall just kept immaculate vibes for the place. Oh and my drink was great too.

I’ve visited this particular Starbucks location multiple times, but this most recent visit completely stood out as the best experience by far. Wenyi is truly a gem, hands down the best barista I’ve ever encountered. She’s polite, friendly, and delivers amazing customer service that turned my exhausted and much needed quick coffee run into a genuinely pleasant moment to start off my morning just right.
