The food was typical for Taco Bell. However, the carbonation was out on their drink machine, and the non- carbonated options were out. There were no signs warning you before buying a drink and no person to warn you since you're forced to order on the kiosk. Also, it seemed the manager was the only one that could communicate well in English, probably due to the kiosk ordering minimizing people interactions.
