I do Christmas in july, for my wonderful neighbors, and this year I saw this bakery, and read the reviews about the key lime pies, and cheesecakes. I asked if mini pies and cheesecakes were available, and she made them for me. They were a hit! My neighbors all say how the key lime pies are the best they have had.
I’m always looking for the best bread/baked goods. And I try to be conscious of the ingredients in my food. I was so happy to find Gienie, baking up great things right in my neighborhood! She’s super knowledgeable about flour and gluten and only bakes with the best. Her sourdough loaves and amazing and I will keep getting them from her ❤️

WOWZAH- so delicious!!! My friends texted us and told us that they loved all the breads and needed to know where we got it. We will be buying from Gienie from now on!
Gienie went the extra mile and delivered our bread in the morning for our shiva basket.
