The food was good like always but the restaurant itself was disgusting. Sticky tables, seats, and counters the restrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Next time we want Wendy's we'll go to a different location.

Don't go in you will wait forever for your order while they service drive up. However, it might be good to see how dirty and disgusting this place is. They pretty much ignored you no-one in the place, but it took us 45 mins to get a salad.

Tried using their app for the first time and it didn't matter. The wait in the drive thru line was awful. I ordered 5 JBC, 2 fries and 2 frosties. Got in line at 8:13 and still dont have my food at 8:29 pm. It's not even that busy for a Friday either. And whoever designed the drive thru wasn't thinking. Won't be back.

Poor customer service. Waited 10min with no one taking our order inside. Everyone was busy with the window. No eye contact or even a word from anyone saying they would be there to help us. So we went to Panda Express and got served our food in under 5min. Way better customer service and friendlier than this Wendys

This is my first time writing a google review, that alone says a lot. I’m literally only giving this store two stars because of the service. It’s a friday, and they were understaffed. I ordered one chocolate frosty along with the rest of my food and I got charged for two frosties and recieved two. Then when I asked for a receipt to get a refund, the employee along with the manager wouldn’t give me the receipt I asked for. The manager said they aren’t allowed to give refunds (which is dumb) so why did they give me my cash back after I asked them MULTIPLE times? Not to mention the manager put the money on the counter pretty aggressively. I’m glad I got my refund, yes, but it was such a waste of my time.

I've been to this location many times and have never had a pleasant experience. The service is down right awful! Today I stood in line for 15 minutes and finally left without ordering. The manager was sweeping the floor. Two employees were filling orders. But they were not taking new orders at the counter and the drive thru was not busy. ?? They were obviously short staffed but when the manager can't even acknowledge customers in front of him, it creates a terrible experience. There is no excuse for this type of service. 👎

Very friendly young lady assisting us. Food was hot and fresh and enjoyable. Tables were clean and well kept. What you like to see in a fast food restaurant is how this location is operating.
This location is always understaffed. Had a simple order and I’ve been waiting at the curb for 15 minutes now. If I knew the wait would’ve been this long I would’ve just not gotten it

Fewer things beats a junior bacon cheeseburger! The only thing that made this an incredible experience is the addition of the thin mint girl scout cookie frosties!

Messed up my order at the drive in. Was told to wait on the side for the right order. Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. Had to go inside to find out that they forgot about me and never made the correct order. Had to wait 30 minutes total for 1 meal. Manager was there and didn’t say or do anything about it while the younger workers hurried to get the order done.
