My food tasted old, fries were cold. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my lunch to work with me or go somewhere else. Wendy's usually has pretty decent food but their fries are always so so... I usually expect the fries to be average oral k but this time it was pretty bad. After I started eating the french fries I was looking forward to eating my chicken sandwich then took a couple bites out of it and threw it in the garbage. I think they need to do a little better quality control on the food. I really really like their chicken sandwiches but not today and definitely probably not as much anymore. Maybe I just need to go to a different location but it is what it is.

This Wendy’s is just eh. Not great and not horrible. The last time I went, they forgot to put the beef on a burger. They are usually quick, but it sounds like it might help to slow down a little bit for some quality control.
I went to this location and I did an order online and wanted to do carry out and I accidentally did drive thru. I went in to get my order but because it was drive thru they said there was nothing they could do. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. I told them that my truck really couldn’t do the drive thru. The guy who helped me looked at me and said oh no you’ll have to go through the scary drive thru. This was incredibly rude! I don’t understand why they couldn’t have checked me in like they would through drive thru and just handed me my food. I have never had a problem with this location until now. I’m never disappointed with my service this time..

I want to participate in the The moment I arrived at the establishment because I had a bad Experience with a Wendy's staff person specifically with a Mexican lady. In charge of cleaning the Bathroom since when going to the Use said bathroom that is public Well, I continue with a bad face and in a loud voice that another time to dirty the bathroom and he said it with an insulting and despicable tone as for the Fact of being perhaps vzlano. Well, I suffered a phobia from that person, there was a Venezuelan. I want to make this complaint public and for those in charge of said establishment to take action on the matter so that I do not encounter this person again and the same thing happens again. Hello! I want to express my discomfort in going to the Wendys that is on Jordan landing. I work delivering at Walmart and on several occasions I have gone to this store to use the bathroom because it is the closest to my delivery stop. And the lady who cleans, who is of Mexican nationality, has treated me very badly on several occasions! It bothers him that I use the bathroom! She offends me every time I go because according to her I don't consume anything! There is no respect for others! I understand that she should clean the bathrooms but I leave it clean when using it! And of course I sometimes consume a product from there! Someone to talk to the lady and tell her to respect others! Because this not only happens with me but with several clients!
