Went through the drive thru ordered no problem, waited at the window for approximately five minutes. When I got back to home, order was missing three items and order kids meals and two meals missed two of the drinks, fries.

They asked me to pull forward and my food would be ready in 10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later I called no one answered. Ran in they said 2 minutes. 5 minutes later got my food. Manger I'm assuming with what he was wearing was walking around glaring at me.

One of the all time worst experiences I've ever had at a food place.
I placed my order via mobile but there were issues getting into the drive through due to traffic and or drive through design. After 15 minutes of waiting, getting cut off, etc. I parked and went in to get my order.
I wait in line inside for several minutes and just before I get to checkout the cashier steps away for 10 minutes filling orders rather than continue taking orders from other customers and letting one of the other employees fill orders. I can see steering away for 1, but 10 minutes is forever in fast food.
When he finally returned I explained the situation and, rather than getting my order checked in and moving he would rather start arguing about how none of it is his fault. I could see where it was going and stored him to say I wasn't here to argue, I just want the food I ordered and paid for. He said he couldn't do anything about it, Is have to wait like everyone else. I said I could wait, but my order wasn't in. He said the only thing I could do was talk to the manager. I talk to the manager who practically came out with boxing gloves on, arguing from the first moment. I told him I simply wanted the food I ordered now 30 minutes prior, after the drive through wait then the lobby wait. He said he couldn't since my order wasn't checked in and I would have to wait with everyone currently in line, and it would take at least 20 more minutes to get my food, though the people before me had theirs in 10 because the cashier put us off to help them.
It was very clear they didn't want my order as they didn't want the bad survey that would follow. Well there are other ways to ensure other customers and upper management see just how terrible the customer service was here. The wait time became the minor problem. The horrendous way they treated me was a much bigger issue.
I did end up going to another nearby Wendy's and placed my order. There was a slight mixup in that order, but it was handled in a prompt, friendly manner and I left with an overall positive experience at this other location. It's amazing the difference good or bad management can make.

After standing at the register for 20 minutes and 5 employees say nothing and will not take my order. While the drive thru and door dashers are being helped. Finally I get my order and have to go back to work with no time to eat. Where is the service?

Got food poisoning on Sunday 11/23/25 I went around 4:00 - 4:30 pm I got sick and vomited shortly after eating here! Be careful here!
Also, Service was off and slow
Fries old cold
Dave’s double sloppy soggy veggies
Over sauced
Diet Coke instead of Coke
Will not return!

I ordered a small chilli and a biggie bag. Gentleman asked which one I asked for jr bacon cheese burger w/ no lettuce tomatoes and coke. I was charged 10.16 about 12:30 am, no receipt was provided. At the window I paid was given my drink and a bag with the chilli (shake spoon provided) and jr bacon cheese burger, and coke. After a long wait I hollered excuse me (expecting my fries and nuggets) he comes to the window. I said I ordered a biggie bag. He said on only charged you for the bigger and chili gave me fries and nuggets (which were already in containers) asked what sauce I wanted I said sweet and sour. I got home the fries cold (gave them to my dog) and sweet chili sauce. I’m frustrated because I have no way to verify what I paid for as I didn’t get a receipt and frustrated at this point.

Yesterday went thru the drive thru @ Wendy's in Jordan Landing and then today noticed that my credit card was missing! I quickly retraced my previous day and realized my last stop was Wendy's. I just called them and the nicest guy named Christian told me that they had it there. What a great guy! He was so kind to us when we picked up the card. Thank you Christian for brightening our day.

There wasn't enough staff for the shift. 1 person in drive through 1 person on front counter 2 people in grill. Meaning there was nobody to gether the orders. You can't take orders and fill the orders at the same time. It took about 5 minutes to order but over 30 minutes to get the order some of the things were done fast a Jr bacon cheeseburger baked potato the nuggets and fries took a little more time but because the tenders take longer nobody left your grill team that they were need to about 15 minutes.

After my food had been messed up the previous days I went back in explain to them the situation and they gave me my correct order no hassle. Food tasted amazing and the people were very kind and generous. Thank you!
