Drive through order was missing 24 of the 24 chicken nuggets that I ordered. The store was less than compassionate about the issue. They want me to take pictures of the missing food... then drive back to get the nuggets.Two days ago we waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and they only only pulled up by one car 04/13/24 @ about 6:30pm).

One of the messiest Wendy's I've ever been to. Nothing had been broomed. There was a spilled drink by the soda station.. And instead of mopping it up, they just put napkins on the floor and just left it there. There were crumbled up napkins throughout the restaurant on top of tables. It probably hasn't been cleaned for a few hours or longer.I understand that it's a high volume location, but it was quite an embarrassment to walk in.They might want to hire more staff, since they obviously care more about the drive thru orders than the actual establishment.

Hello, I am a customer here waiting for my order and the person who served me was too rude for more than 30 minutes to serve me and when my order was ready he was not able to notify me only a rude gesture, the food was very good but the service was very unpleasant. I felt very bad dealing with the store employees

I would be cautious while eating I watch the cook wearing gloves which is a good thing, but then he went to get a drink and then he picked his nose and went back to making food.

Went at dinner time, during the week. Drive through was answered with laughs, giggling and incomprehensible. Finally was told that system was updating and there was no way to take an order. How does a cooperation have an update that takes down the whole system at a rush time. Who employs people who laugh and giggle about whatever previous conversation in front of the customer. Terrible service, terrible view for the company/franchise. Drove to the Wendy's 2 miles away and had great service. Will frequent other location than this one. This location on benefits from the community traffic forced to it's location

Came in to get lunch not only was my food made foul with crushed bacon and a very tiny piece of lettuce but she threw my bag on counter she had no smile very rude demeanor like she didn't want to help no one. Her name was Jenny. I explained how my food was not made correctly after being charbe 9 dollars and all she said was OK. I will not be comming back service is horrible and wait is outrageous ?

Karan manager was YELLING in a dictator voice at one of the staff by the name of Daniel, something about “do not under any circumstances turn this off!”I’ve been there and it’s not cool. No way for a manager to yell at their minimum wage team member who can just as easily find a job at another restaurant.
