I am typically not one to leave a bad review, but i was very disappointed, i came at 8:30 with no line (they close at 11) and it took them a couple minutes to even acknowledge me, and then the guy says he will take my order, cuts me off, and starts doing something else, so i waited a couple more minutes and finally placed my order, the only staff member who was polite was the teenager at the register. i’ll stick with costa vida from now on!
Check your to go/delivery bags for all items. This is the 2nd time in a row we are missing paid items and basics like dressing for our salads. We love cafe Rio- just want what we pay for.
When I order online, the past few times I've paid for extra sweet pork, they put less than a normal amount and fill the entire burrito with rice and near disregard anything else I ordered on the burrito.
