I get a half a day off once a month so I went to arbys on 5600 west and 3500 south ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss with jalapeño poppers… I got home and only had the sandwich No poppers and no receipt… I didn’t have time to go back but I called and was told that they will put me in the manager’s book for a free combo all I need is the manager’s name that I talked with about this and they didn’t need my name… So I need to remember...read full review
I go to this one all the time and they f'd up my order...told her2 times i wanted medium b&c...got plain roast beef...and the meat was not sliced real thin like usual and tasted old...not happy at all...
Bought a chicken 2 chicken cordon bleu's and 2 chicken bacon Swiss and it was burnt to a crisp... very unhappy about my visit
