I'm so angry with this place. I stop to get 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 ,ice drinks. I still can't believe how I was treated
I can't even remember the hole conversation. The manger was rude.save you're money or go to Carl Jr across the street

We biked here around 9pm at night and the doors were closed. We tried going through the drive through and no one wanted to take our order!

Right after, a car went to order and they willingly took the order! Burger King shouldn't advertise the place as open if only the drive through works!

We ended up going to the Carl's Jr that is across the street instead who willingly took our order.

I came in on black Friday for their #8 which is two chicken tacos basically and some Onion rings. The Onion rings were not fried like french fries and instead tasted like they were cooked inside of a microwave. The chicken tacos were cold and also tasted like they were microwaved. When I called to speak to the manager the following day he barely spoke English. Americans we're all tired of this shit. Trump for a third Term!

wow where do i even begin?
today at 5:43 pm i went to the Burger King on 3500 S and Redwood road in west valley where i ordered a frozen coke. i left the store and took a sip and thought it tasted kinda weird. i recently had a tooth removed and thought maybe it had something to do with the medication im on or the fact that i recently quit smoking cigarettes so i had my coworkers try it. that’s 3 different people who agreed it just tasted kinda funny. i didnt drink it anymore and let it melt on the counter for a bit. at 9 pm, i went to dump it out in the sink and IMMEDIATELY was hit with the smell of alcohol. i had 1 of 3 coworkers smell it again and another friend who was my ride home from work. we all agreed it smelled like liquor. i took it to a cop at the shelter next door to my work who also agreed it smelled strongly of alcohol and suggested we take it back to the store.
my ride & i took it back where they directed us through the glass doors to come through the drive through. the manager not only OPENLY STATED they do not clean their machines so there’s no way it could be cleaner of some kind but refuses to give us ANY upper management contact information.
i’m no karen, i really don’t care if my drink was messed up but it’s the fact that there is clearly alcohol in my drink whether it’s in the machines or was done intentionally & this could have happened to ANYONE, including a child or a pregnant women. what really got to me was the fact that my mother- who’s 4 years sober - could have gotten this drink. where do i go from here to pursue legal action? i can pass a blood alcohol test lmfao.

The man treated me bad he left me waiting in the window and he took out a flag so i could go to the first window and the fries he gave us the fries like a small one when i asked for a large and the drinks had more ice then the drink its self and we never saw how he was doing the food this place is gross and has a bunch of animals inside

Burger King has always been one of my favorite places to eat as a fast food place when I'm in a hurry
I've been to the Burger King# 5242 and I'm honestly going to say I've been to other Burger Kings that have made me lose my flavor my taste my desire to even crave their food because of neglect of customer service. Sloppy food made. Today I can say that Burger King is my happiest places again.
A kind beautiful worker named Christina Begaye is so inviting. Kind and always getting my order correct. When she tells the team exactly how I like my Whoppers different. She already knows my food of choice, and I'm telling you. My burgers came out so deliciously made with lots of love. They see me standing up and licking my lips, thank you Christina for choosing to work at Burger King for customers like me you're a wonderful worker

Absolutely pissed off at the guy at the drive thru we ordered online but it doesn't give the option for extra things so when the guy asked us to make sure everything was in there we also asked for more ketchup packets instead of asking like a normal damn person this dude literally threw them at my husband! Which ended up hitting me as well we gave him a nasty look like what the hell then he continues to act like nothing happens!! Do not ever go here if you want to be treated like garbage!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Today I had a very bad experience at this Burger King. The cashier was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was waiting for my order while on a phone call, and the cashier rudely asked me to hang up because, according to him, I was bothering other people. Right after that, he asked me to leave the place, which was completely unnecessary and out of line since I wasn’t doing anything inappropriate. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed by the way he treated me. This is not the right way to address a customer. I truly hope the management takes action to improve their customer service and train their staff better.
